Product Review - Coconut Crunch Bakehouse Cookies by Naturally Good

Here we go with the first product review...

Today I had some Coconut Crunch Bakehouse Cookies by Naturally Good. The biscuits were very delicious, I could hardly stop eating them!

The biscuits were a good size and consistency, just like real cookies! They were not chewy or too hard, just nice and crunchy. They have a nice coconut flavour which leaves no unpleasant aftertaste.

Coconut Crunch are gluten free, dairy free, yeast free, Fructose friendly, Vegan with No artificial colours or flavours. You can buy them in Coles supermarkets and some health food shops. Although I haven’t tried it yet, I think they would make a good biscuit base for slices or sweet pies.

Lejam’s score: 5 out of 5 Avocados!

This blog has been in in the planning stages for a long time! Many years ago, I wanted to design a website that shared my knowledge of surviving and thriving on a special diet.

I collected lots of gluten and dairy free recipes, links to great products and found lots of places to buy special food. I tried many brands of special food and found places to eat in my local area and when I was on holidays across Australia.

I started making website but didn't have enough skills to eventually post it so all the info stayed on the hard drive!

Lately, I have been thinking of a way to get the website published when I came across blogs. This seems like a better way!

I hope you will be patient on my discovery of blogging and hopefully put you in the direction of great products and places to eat in Cairns, Queensland and Australia!
